PSV Eindhoven coach Peter Bosz is currently under pressure at the club. The Eindhoven team has had a poor start to the season, with a 4-0 loss to AZ in the Johan Cruyff Shield. According to Chris Woerts, who appeared on the Nieuws van de Dag program on Monday evening, Bosz will not see out the season. 'The effect has worn off,' Woerts said. 'Bosz should have been the new national team coach, but now he is behind the curve. If he keeps performing like this, he will not see out the season.' Bram Moszkowicz, one of the guests on the program, called this suggestion ridiculous. 'Surely you can't say that on the basis of one match?' Moszkowicz asked. 'No, it is more the mentality. The make-up of such a group... He is now going into his fourth year. That is a very long time for a coach. Usually, by then, the effect has worn off.' Woerts worked with Bosz at Feyenoord. 'I know Peter very well. I worked with him at Feyenoord. He is a very nice man and a good analyst, but he has been at PSV too long now,' Woerts said. PSV currently leads the Eredivisie by 19 points over Feyenoord. The Eindhoven team has scored 84 goals and conceded 40, with a +44 goal difference. The next fixture for PSV is on 14 February 2027 against Twente.
