PSV Eindhoven has completed the transfer of Lutsharel Geertruida from RB Leipzig. The transfer is complete and Geertruida will wear the number 2 shirt at PSV. Geertruida was in Eindhoven on Thursday afternoon for his medical at PSV. He came through it successfully, but could not sign immediately. PSV sees Geertruida as the answer to the vacancy created by Jerdy Schouten's serious knee injury. The technical leadership believes he suits coach Peter Bosz's football style. PSV Eindhoven is currently 6th in the Eredivisie with 4 points from 2 games. The next match is against Twente on February 14, 2027. Geertruida will likely play a key role in this match.
